Tomorrow, 28th December 2024 is the Tortola count, so please sign up and help us to count the birdlife on Tortola. If you are new to birding, we have photo ID count sheets that are easy to use and will help you to identify the most commonly seen wetland and land birds. A fun activity for all the family!
If you have a bird feeder we can include the birds that visit the feeder tomorrow. Experienced birders can take a hike at Sage Mountain National Park, or visit any of the salt ponds around the BVI and record what you see, we want to log the species and the number of birds seen.
Photos are always a good idea if you are not sure what the bird is that you have seen, so if you are a photographer snap away and share the photos with us, just get out there and GO BIRDING!
